Role Purpose

The Business Process Reengineering Specialist is responsible for analyzing and improving key business processes within the telecommunication industry to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of business sales operations, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Profile

•    Process Analysis and Design: 
o    Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, including order fulfillment, Service delivery, billing, and network operations.
o    Identify and document key process steps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
o    Develop and document new, improved business processes using industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, process reengining).
o    Create process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations to communicate process designs effectively.
•    Project Management: 
o    Manage process improvement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, CC operations, sales, commercial , technology ) to implement process changes.
o    Monitor the performance of new processes and identify areas for further improvement.
•    Data Analysis and Reporting: 
o    Collect and analyze data related to business processes, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
o    Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
o    Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in process performance.
•    Continuous Improvement: 
o    Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in process improvement.
o    Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
o    Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
•    Stakeholder Management: 
o    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
o    Effectively communicate project plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
o    Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts.
o    Conduct stakeholder training and support on new processes.

Competencies and Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•    3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, or reengineering.
•    Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
•    Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
•    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
•    Strong project management skills.
Technical Skills:
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•    Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
•    Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
