Role Purpose

  • Analyse business requirements of Vodafone Products & Services for both pre-paid & post-paid subscribers.
  • Design & implement products & services in Charging domain.
  • Apply coding practices such as unit testing, test driven design, writing test scripts for automation with tools such as Selenium, UiPath and JMeter, etc
  • Own code end-to-end from design to development on charging platforms.
  • Embrace automation and DevOps techniques and use of version control.
  • Ensure all products & services have the highest quality & best customer experience.
  • Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement.
  • Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design.
  • Work collaboratively in Agile team to deliver business requirements.
  • Plan Charging System upgrades, expansions & integrations with different Network/IT platforms.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • B.Sc. of Computer Science/Computer Engineering
  • Background in computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
  • Knowledge of development tools and relevant programming front/back end languages such as NodeJs and Javascript
  • Database knowledge SQL and NoSQL databases
