Role Purpose
Design, cost, and propose fixed connectivity solutions for enterprise customers across all segments, supporting complex sales opportunities and ensuring competitive, scalable, and technically sound proposals aligned with Vodafone Business strategy.
Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of fixed connectivity solutions (Fiber, MPLS, VPN, L2/L3 services)
- Strond understanding of IP networks design (routing, switching, IP addressing network architecture)
- Ability to translate business requirements into optimized technical solutions and commercial costing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Role Profile
- Design end-to-end fixed connectivity solutions based on customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals including costing, and solution architecture.
- Manage qualified leads generated by maintaining a robust pipeline and hit list with regular tracking of its growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand requirements and tailor solutions through business meetings and technical discussions.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and recommend optimal solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Contribute to increasing win rates by positioning competitive and differentiated solutions.
Must have technical/professional skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering or relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in telecom presales or customer-facing technical roles within B2B environments.
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus
