Role Purpose
The Corporate Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing customer value through the acquisition of new corporate customers and the expansion of existing accounts. The role ensures the effective promotion and sale of Vodafone’s voice, fixed, and enterprise solutions, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.The individual acts as a trusted business partner to customers, identifying business needs and translating them into tailored technology solutions. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, increasing account penetration, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the achievement of the organization's commercial objectives through proactive account management and strategic business development.
Job Profile
- Develop, implement & maintain security policies, standards and procedures in alignment with industry best practices & compliance requirements for the customers.
- Oversee the security delivery process, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring communication is clear and that client needs are understood and met.
- Ensure the delivery of services meets the agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and business objectives.
Project Management:
- Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring that corrective actions are taken when performance deviates from agreed standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery processes.
- Ensure that security solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: - Lead and manage security delivery teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the security delivery team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for team members.
- Drive innovation by exploring and adopting cutting-edge security tools and methodologies.
Risk Management: - Oversee the establishment and implementation of contingency plans.
- Track service performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), providing regular reports to clients and senior management.
- Continuously assess security delivery processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the resolution of service issues and escalate complex problems as needed, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on clients.
- Manage budgets and resources for security delivery projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Identify potential risks to security delivery and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. sales, IT, product development) to introduce innovative solutions and services that add value to clients.
Compliance & Auditing: - Ensure the security delivery aligns with the relevant regulations, compliance frameworks & industry standards.
Comptencies and Qualifications
- 10 Years Experience with at least 5 years as a security delivery manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving objectives.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Extensive experience managing large-scale security programs and projects across diverse environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in areas such as threat management, incident response, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud security.
- Experience with managing service delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment & experience in managing large-scale multi-disciplinary service delivery teams
Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Strong understanding of ICT systems integration methodologies
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL v4) and related tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS).
- Ability to understand and manage technical concepts and processes, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with security technologies and tools, including SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and tools to ensure that deliverables meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Understanding of budgeting principles and experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and making financial decisions within budget constraints.
- Experience in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements while minimizing disruption to project progress.
