Role Purpose

Generating/increasing revenue growth with existing/new corporate accounts in specific industry/segment/territory through selling VF voice products, services &  fixed solution in Responsible for developing, winning, project managing and execution corporate network connectivity and voice/solution bids, with the main purpose of driving penetration in the accounts and increase customer satisfaction through a proactive, customized, personalized relationship.

Impact on business

  • Manage 30–40 Vodafone industrial accounts and meet all revenue, TCV, margin, and NPS targets.

  • Identify new opportunities, grow the sales pipeline, and conduct 3–4 daily customer visits.

  • Present innovations to key decision makers and understand customer needs.

  • Analyze competitors and ensure Vodafone solutions fit customer requirements.

  • Build strong relationships to maximize financial return and ensure excellent customer experience.

Quality of business through reporting and SFA & Online Applications

  • Update account information and activity schedules daily on Siebel.

  • Manage territory plans and coordinate cross-functional tasks.

  • Submit required performance reports on time and follow all company policies.

Innovation, change & alignment

  • Support new product and service development and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

  • Ensure smooth rollout of new solutions with internal teams.

  • Provide competitive insights and follow up on network issues until resolved.

Knowledge and experience

  • Drive revenue growth through up-selling and expanding Vodafone’s footprint.

  • Maintain strong long-term customer relationships and share market updates.

Communication

  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and resolve customer issues professionally.

  • Work with Marketing and Decision Support to execute account strategies.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Problem solving
  • Reporting, time management & presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Full awareness about solutions, connectivity and digital transformation.
  • Results oriented, self-disciplined and organized.
  • Fluent spoken & written English language.
