Role Purpose

Support Vodafone Egypt’s Digital#1 strategy by driving the product vision, development, and enhancement of enterprise digital healthcare platforms. The Product Owner will lead the transformation of complex healthcare systems into scalable, cloud-ready, and interoperable digital solutions that streamline healthcare, operational, and administrative workflows across the healthcare ecosystem. The role requires strong product ownership, commercial acumen, user-centric design, and the ability to align business, clinical, finance, and technology teams.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Enable Design & Delivery of Digital Healthcare Platforms
  • Identify provider, customer, and stakeholder needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Enable the conversion and SaaS transformation of healthcare platforms, ensuring seamless workflow digitization.

2. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration for Platforms Development

  • Work with commercial, finance, technology, medical, regulatory, and experience teams to deliver high-value digital healthcare modules and services.
  • Manage backlog, prioritize features and epics, and oversee development sprints and testing cycles.
  • Support deployments across environments and ensure operational readiness.

3. Market Understanding, Positioning & Commercial Strategy

  • Conduct market assessments, regulatory landscape evaluation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and commercial models for digital healthcare solutions.
  • Equip sales teams with product narratives, value propositions, and customer-facing materials.

4. Product Lifecycle Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead product lifecycle stages from opportunity assessment to launch.
  • Monitor quality, adoption, platform and product usage, and performance; identify enhancements that strengthen customer value.

5. Governance, Documentation & Ecosystem Alignment

  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation including pricing manuals, legal templates, and customer guides.
  • Ensure alignment with squad architecture, healthcare standards, and interoperability frameworks.
  • Support validation cycles and market testing through Vodafone’s Studio process.

 

Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in large-scale digital solutions, cloud projects, or healthcare technology implementations.
  •  Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Agile PO certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
  •  Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture design, or digital product development.
  •  Proven experience in product management or digital transformation, preferably within healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfort with financial and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with healthcare platforms ,software, APIs, system integrations, and workflow digitization.
  • Knowledge of integrating digital platforms with clinical, operational, or imaging systems is a plus.
