Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the IoT & Cloud Solutions department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking.

 

Who can apply?

Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025

Opportunities:

  • Contribute to end-to-end IoT projects, from ideation and design to deployment and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across technology, commercial, and business development functions.
  • Support the design and enhancement of IoT connectivity products, platforms, and customer solutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of machine-to-machine (M2M) connectivity, IoT platforms, and smart industry applications.
  • Learn how Vodafone delivers scalable IoT solutions that enable smarter cities, businesses, and connected devices

 

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Engineering (Communications, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics)
  • Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Information Technology
  • Data Science or related technical disciplines

 

Additional Preferred Certifications / Knowledge:

  • IoT fundamentals (e.g., Cisco IoT, Coursera, or equivalent)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud – basic certification or exposure)
  • Networking and connectivity basics (2G/3G/4G/5G, NB-IoT, LPWAN)
  • Data analytics or visualization tools (Power BI, Python, or SQL basics)
  • Agile or Scrum methodologies (introductory certification is a plus)

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of Cloud SaaS & IaaS projects, including business change and process improvement activities.
  • Assist in project activities covering lead discovery, solution design, technical proposals, financial estimations, and project delivery.
  • Support coordination between Technology, Product, Support, and Billing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in applying hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support collaboration with vendors and partners regarding pricing for tools, training, and implementation services.
  • Maintain project documentation, process documents, action trackers, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information, follow up on pending actions, and document feedback.
