Role Purpose

The role is mainly responsible for fulfilling all business mobile network demands across all business segments including business network complaints management through all stakeholders (account management, business customer care, technology teams). Budget design for business network solutions, follow up BC’s approvals, material planning, stock management, segment budget distribution and supervise all business accounts network solutions installation. Strategically focusing on enhancing Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer experience by ensuring high performance network reliability and seamless connectivity for enterprise customers.

Role Profile

  1. Follow up operationally E2E the deployment process of the dedicated solution including survey, design, implementation, integration & activation including following up time frames.
  2. Running different streams to enhance our business customers network experience (industrial zones and business parks, new activated sites, enterprise strategic accounts special focus, new frequency for business accounts, deployment & optimization of 5G mobile connectivity solutions and NPS squad).
  3. Analysis of all enterprise SPOCs most frequent sites during business hours to 
  4. prioritize districts with high accounts density.
  5. Spot sales penetration opportunities through business intelligence analysis reports.
  6. Maximize the efficiency of our Radio networks solutions to leverage our EBU pricing competitiveness.
  7. Planning and establishing cost efficiency initiatives and live dedicated solutions post deployment assessments that may result in the dismantling and re-use of HW equipment in new enterprise locations.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering
  • Work Experience: Preferred 2 Years Experience in engineering field.
  • Personal skills: Self-Motivated, Can Work under stress, Teamwork Spirit and Initiative, problem solving and decision making.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Good Knowledge in engineering and project managements
  • Good knowledge of Data analytics and python programming
