FS Savings and Investments Lead
Role purpose
FS Saving & Investment Lead is responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering innovative consumer savings and investment products that align with the company’s vision thus increase market share and revenue. This role focuses on defining product strategy, designing the product roadmap, validating market needs, and ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams (risk, operations, technology, compliance, and marketing) to achieve product & business growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and drive a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and market dynamics.
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to Coordinating cross-functional teams to
- Own the end‑to‑end development and ongoing management of savings and investment products, including requirements definition, enhancements, and lifecycle activities.
- Monitor product performance, customer usage, and financial KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to drive growth and experience improvements.
- Lead on the customer experience journeys of the savings & investments products and work with design, technology, and customer care teams to implement experience and process improvements.

- Partner closely with risk, operations, technology, compliance, and marketing teams to integrate risk management, operational feasibility, technical execution, regulatory adherence, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a focal point with external partners to ensure smooth delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to agreed product and service standards.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 4–7 years’ experience in banking, digital financial services, fintech, or insurance product environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian saving & investment market.
- Hands‑on experience supporting product launches, enhancements, and day‑to‑day product management activities.
- Understanding of saving & investment customer needs, claims processes, and experience drivers.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to analyse customer data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, financial products, and digital trends in financial services.
