Role Purpose

 

Fixed Connection PM Sr. Specialist Take responsibility for multiple and complex Data & solutions Project Management

 

Job Profile

 
  • Responsible on project managements of Total communication projects
  • Responsible for all broadband communication solutions technology fixed / 3G connectivity / WiMax / Microwave service delivery end to end
  • Set Project Plans to Customers, and update on the progress and Report/ order needed Hardware for customer open projects and Conduct customer visits during the project life cycle from Kick off meeting with the customer till the project closure and be main customers focal point during projects life cycle
  • Collecting customer acceptance and handover the projects to NOC and CRM dept
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects acceptances with service assurance during customer’s meeting

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-orientated and innovative approach to service design and delivery and Result orientated
  • Evidence good organizational and project management skills and have a sense of vision, grasp complex concepts and think strategically
  • Evidence exceptional time management abilities and problem solver
  • Ability to interact effectively, using good interpersonal skills
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • BA in Communications or networks    
  • Relevant professional / supervisory qualification        
  • Relevant experience within a project management (PMP , Prince 2 is a plus)
  • PMP Certificate
  • Basic knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people - external individuals, organizations and agencies
  • Experience of planning for and successfully addressing quality assurance issues
  • Ability to manage team, contracted staff, partnerships and relationships
  • Excellent IT skills – Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Microsoft project, Email and Web
  • Strong time management skills and motivation – ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Understanding of revenue reporting needs and effective data & information management issues
  • Experience of working with budgets and financial systemsAbility to work and contribute effectively to a team
  • Commitment to own personal professional development
  • Experience of assessing and/or evaluating individuals and projects
  • Experience of commissioning and contracting work and performance monitoring
