Role Purpose

To lead the end-to-end projects for Enterprise customers, transforming complex requirements into reliable, on-time solutions. This role ensures excellence in execution, KPI realization, and full alignment with delivery and business targets.

Role Profile

  • Own the complete lifecycle of Enterprise wireless and fixed orders, from initiation to successful closure. 
  • Drive delivery execution across planning, implementation, and activation, ensuring momentum at every stage. 
  • Proactively track, prioritize, and resolve pending, aging, and high-impact requests. 
  • Ensure delivery commitments, timelines, and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. 
  • Translate delivery progress into clear KPI tracking and measurable performance outcomes. 
  • Provide structured status updates, identify risks early, and manage escalations decisively. 
  • Act as a central point of coordination across VBU PMs, Planning , Implementation, Sales, and partners. 
  • Contribute to enterprise and strategic project pipelines, enabling scalable and sustainable delivery.

  • On-time delivery completion percentage 
  • KPI realization versus targets 
  • Reduction of aging backlog 
  • Cycle time from request to activation 
  • Delivery accuracy and SLA compliance

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering. 
  • From 3 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, including 2 years in telecommunications. 
  • PMP® or equivalent certification preferred. 
  • Advanced software development experience in Python and data-driven applications. 
  • Experience working in Agile environments with frequent deliverables. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong expertise in Fixed and Wireless Networks with hands-on experience in service delivery and demand management. 
  • Proven ability in tracking, reporting, coordination, and multi-stakeholder management. 
  • A strong ownership mindset that drives accountability and closure. 
  • Customer-focused approach with unwavering attention to timelines and service quality. 
  • Collaborative spirit that enables results through teamwork and shared ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Collaborative team player with strong reasoning and analytical ability. 
  • Resilient under pressure with strong negotiation and planning skills. 
  • Commercially aware with solid financial understanding. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
