Role Purpose
Ensure effective governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise resource dashboards and reports by leading project management activities and performing in‑depth analysis to identify gaps and required enhancements
Who you are
Enterprise resources:
- Own the governance framework for enterprise resource dashboards and reporting, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with agreed standards.
- Define project scope, objectives and needs
- Coordinate with business, technology, and data teams to capture requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- Perform data and performance analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive enhancements to dashboards and reports to improve decision‑making, visibility, and usability.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions within agreed scope, cost, and timelines.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating where required.
- Maintain clear documentation, governance logs, and stakeholder communications.
Project Plans:
- Ensure that the relevant technology stakeholders are participants in concept formation phases of commercial requirements.
- Prepare a detailed project plan including priorities, milestones & Target Delivery Date (TDD)
- Ensure all resources are included in the project plans
- Escalate any resources deficiency to ensure delivery and align sales with project plans updates
End to End Project Management:
- Provide end to end project management for the rest of VFE business units.
- Liaise with all required technical parties involved in the delivery process
- Ensure a timely and satisfactory delivery of business requirements to business sponsors
- Resolve conflicts in solution provision Vs. business requirements where gaps arise
- Ensure that all resources necessary for projects’ executions are in place
- Responsible for managing small as well as large functional and technical projects which may impact multiple functions and locations.
- Ensuring that all communication, quality and risk aspects of the project are properly tracked against line function objectives
Target VS. Revenue Management:
- Align with Marketing and Sales to ensure we are on track to achieve the Target.
- Focus On MEGA Projects “Revenue Point Of View”.
