Role Purpose

Leads Home & Gated Communities squad, responsible for formulating a new approach to penetrate the Gated Communities and expand our market share by offering a seamless home connectivity product supported by a robust end to end operating model which is integral for our growth.
The key focus is to implement a customer centric strategy, featuring a calendar of activities based on a proper understanding of customer needs, as well as guiding & effectively influencing the sales team.

Role Profile

•    Support in setting and executing Gated Communities strategy that is focused on achieving both financial gain and customer satisfaction
•    Gated Communities P&L achievement through monitoring, implementing and applying Key commercial & Marketing KPIs of this segment 
•    Manage the business cases formulation process and operating model including financial and commercial assumptions validation to ensure achieving the targeted profitability margins 
•    Assist in formulating a fully integrated plan and putting it into action to achieve better product positioning, financial growth, and maximized share 
•    Full ownership of the Gated Communities portfolio, end-to-end customer journey and experience across different functions in the company 
•    Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify product improvement opportunities and uncover new market potential, with the goal of effectively guiding the sales team
•    Manage the extended teams among support functions and diverse stakeholders to be fully accountable for our strategy and ensure the proper delivery of the marketing calendar activities and new initiatives the Chapter Leads..

Competencies and Qualifications

•    Must possess commercial acumen and be business-savvy, with strong analytical and financial skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication and negotiation abilities.
•    Ability to innovatively design and launch commercial offerings and propositions.
•    Show commitment by doing whatever is necessary to build the best product possible .
•    Able to work with a disparate set of stakeholders and leverage their input to create an ordered list of priorities.
