Role Purpose

Drive sales growth and revenue across corporate accounts by managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, promoting Vodafone products and services, and ensuring a strong customer experience.

Job Profile

Sales & Revenue

  • Achieve monthly targets through upselling/cross-selling Vodafone products and services to existing customers and acquiring new corporate accounts.
  • Manage the product/service mix according to agreed monthly goals.
  • Develop new revenue streams through total communication, fixed products, and new projects.
  • Achieve department quota and maintain a strong sales pipeline/channel.
  • Track weekly sales/health trends.

Account & Business Management

  • Prepare account plans and schedules, including specific targets and planned customer contacts.
  • Manage the assigned portfolio, territory, and accounts according to the agreed strategy.
  • Conduct regular account/trade visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with account management, C-level stakeholders, key contacts, and authorized representatives.
  • Ensure successful execution of the agreed business plan.

Product & Service Management

  • Maintain Vodafone product stock levels and availability across accounts to remain competitive.
  • Ensure Vodafone products and services are available and running properly across assigned accounts.
  • Offer customers Vodafone’s products and services and educate them on how to maximize their benefits.

Performance & Reporting

  • Continuously monitor account performance and sales achievement vs. targets.
  • Conduct Plan vs. Actual analysis, identify gaps, and take/propose corrective actions.
  • Submit required weekly and monthly sales reports on time.
  • Prepare business cases and memos for management based on business and market needs.
  • Develop and document work procedures involving accounts and other departments.

Customer Experience

  • Maintain and improve the customer experience across accounts.
  • Handle/escalate customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action when required.
  • Take immediate action when service issues occur to maintain service consistency.

Communication & Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support day-to-day account operations.
  • Communicate relevant Vodafone directions and strategic objectives to accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, IT, and Consumer Operations on processes and activities that support the business.

Technical/Professional Expertise

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Adequate knowledge and understanding of the local mobile telecommunications market and its dynamics.
  • Good Communication & negotiation Skills
  • Located in Delta region is must.
