Role Purpose

The Governance Team Agent is a critical role within the Vodafone Business Unit, commercial excellence team responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and strategic alignment of products and solutions. This individual will act as a guardian of system health and process compliance by creating key performance dashboards, identifying systemic issues, and implementing preventive measures to minimize revenue loss and system misuse.

Job Role

1. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards for products and solutions using tools such as Excel and Power BI. These dashboards will track SLA (Service Level Agreement) and delivery performance, providing a clear, real-time view of operational efficiency.
  • Reporting Templates: Create and manage standardized reporting templates to track the performance of various business stakeholders.
  • Mobility Offer Governance: Act as a governance focal point for all mobility offers, ensuring they align with business rules and system capabilities.

2. System & Process Improvement

  • System Gap Analysis: Proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies within the system that could lead to operational failures or inefficiencies.
  • Solution Design: Design and propose effective solutions to improve system performance and prevent future issues.
  • Preventive Actions: Investigate revenue loss incidents and design preventive actions to mitigate future financial impact.

3. Compliance & Auditing

  • Misuse Escalation: Actively monitor for and escalate cases of system misuse or human error to the relevant teams.
  • Waive Case Investigation: Investigate the root causes of solutions waive cases and develop preventive actions to address the underlying issues.
