HR Specialist
Role Purpose
The HR Personnel Specialist is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of all Vodafone’s accounts , ensuring efficient and effective administration of HR processes. This role supports employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and compliance with legal requirements.
Focuses on enhancing HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent service to employees and stakeholders.
Role Profile
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Personnel Ops:
• Handle daily HR administrative tasks, including responding to employee inquiries and maintaining HR records.
• Ensure smooth operation of HR processes and systems.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and completion of necessary paperwork.
• Ensure all new joiners complete Medical Form 111 and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to set up new employees' access
• Handle the offboarding process for departing employees and their final documentation.
• Monitor employee contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and documentation.
• Maintain a database of contract expiration dates and renewal statuses
• Handle walk-in inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.
• Provide information and support for HR-related queries.
• Direct complex issues to the appropriate concerned teams.
• Draft and issue HR letters, including (Embassy Letters, General Letters, Banks Letters)
• Ensure all letters are accurate, professional, and comply with company policies.
• Maintain an organized and secure system for HR document archiving.
• Ensure all employee records are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Ensure all company property is returned, and access is revoked.
• Complete necessary paperwork and update HR records.
• Develop and enhance current processes.
• Personnel Documents Withdrawal and return process.
• Documents archiving for all FTEs
• Manage Onboarding / Off Boarding Processes Contract Activities:
• New Joiners Contract Signing Activities – Contractors to Employee Conversion sessions
• contract renewals processing
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Communicating with VOIS ( HR operations Providers )
• Escalation management – Resolve escalation on priority and at root to avoid recurrence.
General:
• Ops Quality Control:
• Ensure 100 % compliance - Accuracy and Quality.
• Proactive, problem solving, prioritizes and demonstrates robust understanding of business needs and empathetic customer management.
• Adheres to service level delivery model, resolves and closes requests as per defined SLA.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
A. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven Experience in HR Administrator or similar role.
B. Skills and Abilities:
Technical Skills
Good Knowledge and expertise on MIS and Customer interface. experiences
Advanced Skills in Microsoft (Excel, ppt)
Knowledge for success factors HR Modules and HR systems
