Role Purpose
The Healthcare Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering healthcare projects, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical solutions, and business objectives. The role collaborates with customers, Vodafone teams, and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical designs, manage project delivery, monitor operations, and ensure all scope changes are properly evaluated and implemented. The role also manages customer escalations and drives successful project outcomes.
Job Profile
- Develop and maintain project timelines by coordinating with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate potential risks that may impact project objectives, timelines, or deliverables.
- Define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring focus on essential business needs while challenging non-value-adding or outdated requests.
- Organize and document requirements within the Product Specification Document (PSD), linking them to clear business scenarios and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and project milestones, leveraging analysis and modeling techniques to align business objectives with practical technical solutions.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
B.Sc. in communication /computer engineering .
IT cross function experience including reporting and process management.
Moderate understanding of healthcare digitalization and it’s IT applications
