Role Purpose
mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across multiple squads. You will define engineering standards, support delivery, and help shape the future of our iOS platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop iOS engineers.
- Define and maintain iOS architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Review technical designs and support complex development activities.
- Drive code quality, performance, security, and application stability.
- Promote modern iOS technologies and reusable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD, testing, and automation.
Qualifications and Competencies
- 7+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
- Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode.
- Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modular architecture and Swift Package Manager.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and mobile security.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading technical transformation or modernization initiatives.
