Role Purpose

This role is part of the Marketing and Communications team, focused on shaping how Vodafone’s financial services are communicated to customers. We’re looking for a motivated communicator with a passion for advertising, storytelling, and customer engagement—particularly within financial services. The successful candidate will contribute to communication initiatives, helping ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance across all channels.

Marcom Sr. specialist will support communication and advertising efforts for Vodafone Cash and other financial services. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to compelling narratives, build brand visibility, and engage customers in a competitive market—while growing within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Role Profile

• Assist in planning and executing communication and advertising campaigns for Vodafone Cash and financial services products.
• Contribute to shaping brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support consistent, high-impact communication.
• Conduct research on market trends and competitor advertising to inform team strategy.
• Help monitor campaign performance and support reporting and optimization efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance customer engagement.

Competencies and Qualifications

• Passion for communication, advertising, and storytelling.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in financial services and how they connect with customers.

Must-Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• Solid background in marketing, communication, or advertising—ideally with exposure to financial services.
• Max 4 years’ experience in communication and advertising 
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with financial services communication standards and customer engagement strategies.
