Role Profile

Plan, develop, administer and deploy Office IT systems to provide the required system performance and availability.

Implement projects related to Office IT systems to ensure that business requirements are well incorporated in solution systems & plans for smooth delivery & support

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement, Operate managed systems in a high level of performance and on-time delivery & Support.
  • Check day-to-day work & KPIs required keeping the managed systems up, running and supporting the business activities.
  • Troubleshoot crisis related to the managed systems and Consult vendors when needed.
  • Provide information for managed systems to other lines of IT support
  • Coordinate regular meetings with customers at professional level to track complaints, requirements and systems performance

Qualifications and Competencies

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Dedication, sense of ownership, and ability to work within a team.
  • Provide innovative technologies, solutions and new ideas.
  • Report risks of the managed systems and their notifications to Direct report.
  • Communication, presentation skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • BSC of Engineering or Computer science
  • Minimum 1-2 years IT working experience in managing Microsoft systems.
  • Familiar with the below systems:
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft 365 (MS Teams, Exchange Online, Azure AD, … etc
