Role Purpose
Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations function by maintaining accurate account hierarchies, updating sales mappings, ensuring data quality across systems, and facilitating clean and aligned data for business performance tracking. The role ensures that sales data integrity is maintained to enable accurate reporting, incentive processing, and account management across all sales channels in the telecom business
Job Profile
• Maintain and update sales account lists ,ensuring accounts are correctly assigned to sales teams and hierarchies.
• Map sales representatives and managers to customer accounts based on the latest organizational and territory structures.
• Conduct regular data cleansing activities, including de-duplication, field validation, and data enrichment.
• Ensure alignment of account, customer, and sales structure data across systems
• Work closely with IT, sales, and inconsistencies or mapping issues.
• Generate reports to validate data accuracy,completeness, and mapping logic.
• Minimize manual work and automate it
Competencies and Qualifications
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience :
• Communication, Negotiations skills and Stakeholders Management
• Run efficient meetings using time management
• General business knowledge
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree of any relevant field
• Good communication / political intelligence skills
• Very Good in Microsoft office
• Good Communication / presentation/analytical skills
