Role Profile
- Manage and oversee daily operations for managed services across AWS, Azure, and VMware stack
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud environments
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide optimal cloud solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Support architecture alignment with best practices
- Parodic meeting with our external customers to discuss their environment status.
- Working based on ITIL standard for incident management, problem management and change management.
Competencies and Qualifications
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Solid knowledge of VMware full stack (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, vCloud Director)
- Experience in managed services operations and service delivery
- Good understanding of cloud security, networking, and governance.
- Leadership and team coordination experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good experience on Devops platform and Infrastructure as code.
🔹 Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, VMware)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in similar experience
