Role Profile
- Digital and Technology projects
- Work in agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations and Design) to assure the QA coverage.
- Plan, deploy and manage the testing activities for any given engagement
- Drive improvement in test methodologies and technologies for test automation, reporting, traceability, and defect management
- Use the agreed Test tools /Trackers and Environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
- Ensuring each product release meets well-defined high-quality standards
- Supporting in the career development of test engineers
Core Competencies & Qualifications
- Agility, TDD, Automation, Continues Integration, ALM, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Appium, Devops.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Manage an QA team for the development and execution of test cases
- Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing utilizing offshore test automation engineers
- Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases
- Engineering or Computer Science background is a must.
- 6+ years of relevant QA experience Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Have basic understanding and hands on experience with performance, usability and automation testing,
- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
