Role Profile

  • •Digital and  Technology  projects
  • •Work in agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations and Design) to assure the QA coverage.
  • •Plan, deploy and manage the testing activities for any given engagement
  • •Drive improvement in test methodologies and technologies for test automation, reporting, traceability, and defect management
  • •Use the agreed Test tools /Trackers  and  Environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
  • •Ensuring each product release meets well defined high quality standards
  • Supporting in the career development of test engineers

     

     

    An agile, experienced team. You will work in a flex open space, with a scrum master to help guide the process and a product owner to represent the business’ needs. 

     

Competences & Requirements

  • Excellent communication , interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Manage an QA team for the development and execution of test cases
  • Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing utilizing offshore test automation engineers
  • Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases
  • Engineering or Computer Science background is a must.
  • 6+  years of relevant QA experience Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience
  • Technologies /Tools you’ll work with and need to know…Agility, TDD, Automation, Continues Integration, ALM , Jira , Confluence, Selenium, Appium, Devops.
