Role Profile
Compensation and Benchmarking:
• Assist in developing and maintaining salary structures and compensation frameworks.
• Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark company compensation and ensure competitiveness.
• Support the annual salary review and bonus cycle, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
Pay Equity and Compliance:
• Contribute to pay equity analyses and assist in developing action plans to address any identified gaps.
• Support in implementing pay transparency initiatives and maintaining policy documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local and international compensation and benefits regulations.
Reward Program Implementation:
• Assist in the design and rollout of performance-based reward programs that align with company objectives.
• Support the development of communication strategies to promote understanding and engagement with reward programs among employees.
• Provide guidance to HRBPs and line managers on compensation-related topics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for review by HR Management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HR systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, finance, and other relevant departments to align reward practices with broader HR strategies.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to support the administration of reward programs.
Role Profile
The Reward Sr. Specialist supports the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s compensation and benefits strategies. This role ensures that reward practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant, aligning with the organization’s goals and HR strategies.
