Role Purpose
Generating/increasing revenue growth with existing/new corporate accounts in specific industry/segment/territory through selling VF voice products, services & fixed solution in Responsible for developing, winning, project managing and execution corporate network connectivity and voice/solution bids, with the main purpose of driving penetration in the accounts and increase customer satisfaction through a proactive, customized, personalized relationship.
Who you are
- Sales Executive responsible for managing a portfolio of 30–40 Vodafone industrial accounts and achieving all financial targets (revenue, connections, market share, net margin, TCV, and gross margin) in line with company vision and values
- Identifies and develops sales opportunities, manages pipeline, conducts 3–4 daily customer visits, and ensures achievement of sales and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, understands customer needs, introduces new solutions, and ensures excellent customer experience.
- Analyzes competitor offerings and collaborates with marketing to align Vodafone products and services with customer requirements.
- Maintains accurate account data and forecasts on Siebel, plans and manages territory, and monitors cross-functional activities (fraud, activation, bidding, etc.).
- Contributes to product and service strategy, identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and supports the rollout of new solutions with relevant teams.
- Stays industry-aware, updates marketing on competition, escalates network issues, and ensures compliance with company policies and performance requirements.

- Identifies and qualifies up-selling sales opportunities to increase growth and revenue on customer accounts.
- Secure, manage and deepen the vodafone customer relationship with the long term focus of expanding the overall footprint/ penetration and introduction of innovative products and services.
- Updating Marketing team with the competitive new offers.
- Be able to operate at all levels within the customer organization with the highest levels of communication skills, converse professionally and ability of owning and solving customer issues whilst building excellent rapport to ensure the customer experience is maximized.
