Segments Senior Specialist
Role purpose
Segments Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering a variety of propositions within the Flex Segment calendar delivering on defined KPIs
Job Profile
- Responsible for creating and developing flex new portfolios addressing a defined business challenge or opportunity.
- Responsible for monitoring Flex KPIs and apply necessary actions to further enhance the KPIs.
- Initiate different tactics to decrease duality and increase flex usership
- Initiate new propositions to increased digital adoption, content penetration and renewals through Vodafone cash
- Work closely with the distribution team to ensure healthy growth in the trade
Competencies and Qualifications
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Stakeholder management
- Impactful Communication & Negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation & analytical Skills
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a relevant role
