Role Purpose

Handles technical operations and transactions involving Telecom Egypt operations

Role Profile

  • Works with Technology team in implementing SLA’s, attend review meetings, engage in escalations, follow up on performance and new agreements with technology, Commercial departments finance, and Legal team.
  •  Works continuously & actively in maintaining the healthy relationship with the major stakeholders within VF and at the same time with Telecom Egypt on the middle management level.
  • Attends and Participates in monthly operation meetings with Telecom Egypt management to review TE performance versus the signed agreements.
  • Able to carry on escalations between Vodafone and TE and work with the different stake holders within VF & TE to resolve it.
  • Establishes and implements governance measures between VF and other operators
  • Attentive to all TE related activities and report them immediately to the upper management.

Competencies and Qualifications

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Attentive and able to work within a team 
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  •  Ability to assess and take initiatives

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 


•    Min 10 years of experience
•    Must have Very good Technical & commercial backgrounds and is aware of the current and up to date technologies in fixed and mobile networks
•    Strong communication and influencing skills, and able to build cross functional strong relationships  
•    Successful track record, preferably through achievement and results.
•    Strong Negotiation skills
•    Very good problem-solving skills with demonstrable ability to manage
