Role Profile

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning requirements.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and manage the offer and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes, metrics, and employer branding.Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and innovative recruitment practices.Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Proven track record in sourcing and hiring across multiple functions and levels.Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, and/or recruitment marketing is a plus.Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.Fluency in English (written and spoken).
