Role Purpose

An expert level professional technical specialist for Data center Mobile & Fixed core infrastructure team, Technical mentor a team who is responsible for the E2E delivery of design, planning & optimization of technology center and energy saving Solution across different technologies & vendors. Liaise with different business domains to capture business requirements and customers’ needs.

Role Profile

  • Lead the E2E Core Networks & TX solution design & delivery, managing technology solution Projects and implementation phases in electromechanically infrastructure according to customer requirements and European standard KPIs.
  • Communicate & influence effectively across technology and business stakeholders in global multi-cultural teams.
  • Act as the technical representative of the project teams and competence area to all stakeholders, including the customer and Technology management.
  • Deliver technical proposals and share in the overall team strategy in addition to solution design documents (HLD/LLD)
  • Evaluate and Identify opportunities to add value to the business as a consultant to customer teams in addition to advise & share experience on complex issues by providing technical guidance to project team members.
  • Work closely with the infrastructure architecture and capacity planning teams to ensure a clear and concise delivery schedule of all projects and system enhancements as agreed in technical review meetings.
  • Handle and follow up on new systems installation with the administration team as a prerequisite to projects.
  • Manage the stream of projects from the infrastructure implementation till handover to System Administration & Operations.
  • Apply Health & Safety consequences associated with Network Engineering.
  • coordinate with team to reach team goals as team spirit and engagement

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technology Centers Design European standards CDCS,TIA 942 & Uptime.
  • Strong understanding of energy Saving according to European Standards EUREM and American standards CEM.
  • Strong understanding of health safety OSHA Certificate.
  • Integration and deployment work delivery.
  • Track record of High/low level integration solutions design.

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • B.Sc. of Electric Power and machine department. 2 to 4 years of experience in the telecom sector (data center infrastructure field).
  • Experience  in energy management systems
  • Experience in delivering E2E data center infrastructure solution designs.
  • Deep understanding of core network new technologies & roadmap products.
  • Strong understanding of project management skills (methodologies and tools) proven by a successful track-record of project delivery.
  • Advanced Knowledge of different programming and automation languages (C++, Python)
