Role Purpose
The Devices Growth and Partnerships GTM Associate Manager plays a key role in accelerating the growth of Vodafone Egypt’s device business by expanding and managing the device financing ecosystem. This role drives the execution of strategic partnerships with banks, BNPL platforms, and fintech players—building innovative financing propositions that enhance affordability, expand market penetration, and deliver measurable revenue growth
Job Profile
1.Lead, mentor, and empower a team of SR. Specialists/Specialists, setting clear performance objectives, managing daily workflows, and fostering continuous professional growth.
2.Lead end-to-end onboarding of new device financing partners, including BNPL providers and banks, ensuring all technical, commercial, and legal requirements are fulfilled.
3.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external partners to ensure continuous alignment on objectives, campaign timelines, and offer performance.
4.Coordinate the setup of commercial terms and partnership models tailored to each partner’s strategy (e.g., interest-bearing vs. interest-free offers, tenure variations, customer eligibility).
5.Collaborate with partners to define and launch co-branded offers that drive mutual value and increase customer acquisition and conversion.
6.Co-create GTM strategies for each device financing initiative in alignment with commercial and marketing teams.
7.Build integrated campaign timelines and activation plans across digital and retail sales channels.
8.Ensure all customer touchpoints — from Vodafone stores to the website and app — reflect the correct offers, eligibility, and messaging.
9.Align with the Digital team to ensure a seamless digital customer journey (e.g., offer visibility, partner integration, UI/UX elements).
10.Act as the main coordinator across internal departments to deliver end-to-end execution of device financing offers.
11.Align with the Finance team on pricing structures, commission models, and reconciliation processes.
12.Coordinate with the GTM team on campaign development, asset production, and ATL/BTL planning (e.g., OOH, social media, digital banners).
13.Partner with the Sales team to ensure frontline readiness through briefing materials, in-store merchandising, and training.
14.Manage and update the internal communications calendar to track campaigns and partner milestones.
15.Lead the implementation of new loyalty and engagement initiatives, including bank point programs that allow customers to redeem rewards for devices or accessories.
16.Collaborate with external partners and internal digital teams to enable system integration for new services and campaigns.
17.Identify and recommend new partnership opportunities or value-added services that can differentiate Vodafone’s device financing proposition in the market.
18.Track the effectiveness of each financing campaign using KPIs such as sales uplift, conversion rates, tenure adoption, and partner ROI.
19.Prepare regular reports and insights to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
20.Suggest data-driven improvements to offers, partner models, and communication strategies based on results.
Competencies and Qualifications
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
•At Least 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, commercial, or GTM roles
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams, driving cross-functional alignment, and fostering a high-performance culture.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Organized, with strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
•Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Technical / professional qualifications:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Experience in financing/ BNPL programs with banks or fintech is highly desirable
•Strong financial acumen, data analytics literacy, and budget management skills
•Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability.
