Role Purpose

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role ensures that products and solutions are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business objectives, technical constraints, and brand standards.

The UI/UX Designer collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Front-End Developers, Full Stack Developers, CRM Consultants, and stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging and effective user experiences.

Key Accountabilities

User Experience Design

  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and information architecture.
  • Translate business and user requirements into intuitive workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve usability and adoption.

User Interface Design

  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Define design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Ensure consistency with corporate branding and design standards.
  • Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Participate in design reviews and user acceptance activities.
  • Provide design assets and specifications.

 

Core Competencies

  • 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent command of English.

Must have technical/professional skills

  • Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Zeplin, Canva

Research & Testing

  • Usability testing tools
  • Heatmap and analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications in UX/UI or Design Thinking are an advantage.
