Role Purpose

Vodafone cash is the leading mobile wallet in Egypt. You will be joining the Vodafone Cash team and be part of the team responsible for responsible for the end-to-end launch and management of Vodafone Cash’s merchant proposition. You will be focusing on availing one stop shop offering for merchants covering a standalone merchant wallets, cash collection solutions, and acceptance/payment solutions. You will be managing internal/external stakeholders in achieving our common goals, developing & leading go to market execution, owning ongoing P&L, product performance, and evolution of the merchant ecosystem.

Job Profile

1.Define and own the merchant product suite strategy including standalone merchant wallet, cash collection model, and acceptance solutions (QR, POS/soft-POS, payment gateway, etc.)
2.Own the merchant product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features based on commercial impact, merchant feedback, and strategic fit. 
3.Define and track core KPIs, converting analytics into actionable plans.
4.Manage internal/ external stakeholders in product development/operations 
5.Knowledge of financial technology market in Egypt 

Competencies and Qualifications

1.Strong Knowledge of the fintech market
2.Problem solving and crisis management, Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
3.Ability to deliver dashboards reporting on key KPIs while analyzing data to come up with key insights & customer understanding that will lead to key decisions. 
4.Direct, plan & manage product sprints, creating product requirements delivery, while managing all stakeholders & directing the process to ensure business requirements are fulfilled within the planned time to market  
5.Working on the annual budget & targets
