What you’ll do

During your internship, you’ll join one of our key HR functions and contribute to meaningful projects:

  • HR Rewards – Discover how we implement benefits and compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Services – Support daily HR operations and help deliver seamless employee experiences.
  • Talent AcquisitionDive into the art of attracting, assessing and selecting diverse top-tier talents that make an impact 
  • HR Business Partnering – Support people strategies that drive organizational change within different business units.
  • Learning & Performance – Help craft training programs that empower our people to grow and thrive.
  • Internal Communications – Shape Vodafone’s internal voice and strengthen our company culture.

Who you are

  • Education: Current university student or recent graduate.
  • Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Mindset: Curious, proactive, and passionate about people and teamwork.
  • Background: Open to all academic disciplines. A Master’s in HR or a related field is a plus!
