Your contribution: 

  • You are accountable for Deployment Delivery Targets (of sites and associated budget) of your Region.
  • You act as a strong people leader in the region responsible for the whole delivery chain (Acquisition, Permitting, Deployment).
  • You are accountable for Occupational Health & Safety of personnel in your region.
  • You have the end-to-end accountability for your region.
  • You manage your regional team to ensure the organization achieves strategic goals and objectives.
  • You deliver operational efficiencies through process simplification and harmonization in line with local TowerCompany ambitions.

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Great professional experience in Mobile Technology and Network Mobile Infrastructures Deployment in the German market
  • A successful completed university degree or similar
  • Excellent customer management skills in a B2B environment & experience working with infrastructure businesses.
  • Deep knowledge of the telecommunications market
  • Strong leadership skills, exceptional negotiation skills & distinct analytical and systematic thinking
  • A proven ability to find alternative solutions to the everyday challenges that you will face in your region. You have the ability to find new and creative paths that help you deliver against your deployment targets.
  • A strong and persistent drive to reach your goals, inspire and grow your team and create a working environment and team spirit that makes working in your regional team rewarding and fun.
  • Fluent German and English (C1) skills written and spoken.
