Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: You independently plan, manage, and execute acquisition projects, including time schedules, resource allocation, and budget compliance for telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Contract Management: You take ownership of rental and usage agreements for site acquisition, property management, and marketing while ensuring legal validity and process compliance.
  • Quality & Acceptance: You monitor and accept incoming acquisition services up to their handover to specialized departments and track additional claims from permit proceedings.  
  • Permits & Approvals: You handle, monitor, and obtain building applications, create site justification documents, and support objection proceedings for rejected applications.
  • Authority Relations: You communicate with authorities, municipalities, and local councils to actively support the acquisition team in critical search circles. 


Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in a technical or legal field.
  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience in mobile site acquisition along with proven partner management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Sound real estate fundamentals, solid project management expertise, and strong proficiency with MS Excel and tracking databases.
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized self-starter with strong conceptual, analytical, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptionally good German language skills (verbal and written).
