About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual to provide comprehensive business support to internal Technology stakeholders. This role focuses on meeting management, risk governance, internal communication, and operational enablement, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple workstreams within Technology VOIS Romania.

What you will do

• Manage weekly meeting agendas and track actions for internal customers.
• Serve as the Enterprise Risk Management specialist for Technology VOIS Romania.
• Plan and organise virtual and in‑person Technology Romania events, including venue sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Support internal communication through online platforms, webinars, live sessions, interviews, and email communication.
• Create and maintain an up‑to‑date online presence for internal meetings and communication spaces.
• Support the Technology function by providing:
– ad‑hoc and standard Technology‑specific reports, including charts, tables, and numerical insights
– finance administration activities (shopping carts, purchase orders, reports, travel expenses) and procurement tasks
– record consolidation across workstreams
– logistics for internal initiatives
• Address incoming queries and route them to relevant stakeholders when needed.
• Actively participate in cross‑functional initiatives, including process efficiency and organisational optimisation projects.

Who you are

• Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled at influencing without authority and confident handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency.
• Flexible and adaptable in changing environments.
• Basic understanding of economic principles.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role within a technology multinational or supporting senior management.
• Proficient in SAP (finance, procurement, contract management modules) or similar systems.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in corporate social responsibility and internal or external communications.
• English language level B2 or above; additional languages are considered a plus.
• No budget ownership responsibilities.
