About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Programme Coordinator to support strategic customer programmes within the Technology organisation. This individual will act as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensure governance and delivery excellence, and provide day‑to‑day operational support across multiple initiatives. The role involves coordinating priorities, preparing executive‑level materials, facilitating programme communication, and ensuring effective follow‑up on actions across the management community.

What you will do

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for customer‑driven initiatives and programme activities.
• Enable and coordinate priority initiatives within customer programmes.
• Act as the central point of contact for the customer across their management team and wider community.
• Analyse and prepare KPI reports, proposing relevant actions and insights.
• Offer governance support and monitor execution of key programmes.
• Develop regular presentations for Programme Managers and senior leadership, including C‑level stakeholders.
• Support Programme Managers in creating and maintaining online presence and communication channels (e.g., Workplace, SharePoint).
• Contribute to additional projects and programmes across the year based on business needs.
• Help prepare strategic customer review meetings and management workshops, including agendas and supporting materials.
• Track and follow up on all management team action points.
• Participate actively in cross‑functional organisational initiatives such as business process optimisation and efficiency programmes.

Who you are

• Minimum five years’ experience in an IT environment.
• Strong experience working with senior leadership and stakeholder communities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse viewpoints and interests.
• Understanding of operational processes and standards (e.g., ITIL).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working in large, multinational, matrix‑structured organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Proactive, data‑driven approach to decision-making.
• Flexibility in planning, prioritising, and balancing various customer and commercial needs.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
Technical/Professional Qualifications:
• Degree in Networking/Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or relevant professional experience.
• Advanced expertise in programme/project management methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI).
• Up‑to‑date certifications in Agile methodologies with working knowledge of SAFe and SCRUM.
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Mural).
