About this Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the end‑to‑end analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements for the development and continuous improvement of software products within the Software Infrastructure area. The individual will collaborate closely with Product Managers and technical stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high‑quality business requirements, contributing directly to enhanced service performance and increased satisfaction for business clients. This role also supports the development and refinement of software tools and may undertake basic software development or update activities.

What you will do

  • Collect and formalise business requirements for new or enhanced software systems.
  • Validate and refine requirements through collaboration with cross‑functional teams involved in software and business product development.
  • Contribute to the creation and alignment of technical and functional specifications, maintaining continuous communication with implementation stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Service Designers, Solution Architects).
  • Analyse, plan, and monitor implementation activities in alignment with the agreed traceability matrix.
  • Ensure qualitative, timely delivery of business requirements across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting increased customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate traceability and dependencies throughout project execution, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation.
  • Analyse data produced by software applications and define relevant processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops with impacted teams following system launches or modifications.

Who you are

  • Experience in telecommunications or Shared Service Centres is beneficial.
  • Experience in New Product Development.
  • Knowledge of IT methodologies or process models such as ITIL is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (minimum B1).
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability.
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks, including SAFe.
  • Familiarity with ARIS, Business Process Framework, ITIL, ISEB, Jira, Jama, and Confluence.
