About this Role

We are seeking a Platform Specialist Associate to configure, optimise, and maintain digital platforms that support operational needs and enhance the user experience. The individual will contribute to system integrations, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role sits within the System Architecture subdepartment and supports the development of scalable, reliable platform environments.

What you will do

  • Configure and manage platform components, including user permissions, workflows, data structures, and system integrations.
  • Document and maintain platform configuration standards to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic configuration audits to support data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to design test scenarios and participate in platform testing activities.
  • Produce clear documentation of platform configurations, customisations, and updates for audit and reference purposes.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and customer support teams to understand and implement business needs.
  • Develop integration plans and documentation to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability.

Who you are

  • Knowledge of business information systems.
  • Basic experience with system integration, APIs, scripting, or database management.
  • Understanding of project management principles and experience with integrated IT systems.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Ability to think abstractly and conceptually, with an innovative and long-term mindset.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled in influencing stakeholders and navigating cross-functional environments.
  • University degree in computer science, electrical, electronic, telecommunications engineering or a similar discipline.
