About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the product roadmap for VOIS Software Infrastructure, collaborating closely with BRM and Delivery teams. In this role, the individual will act as a subject matter expert across a large and complex portfolio, shaping the strategic direction of critical products, influencing organisation-wide initiatives, and championing innovation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys driving impactful outcomes, and is eager to help shape and elevate product culture.

What you will do

  • Independently lead large and complex cross-team and cross-functional product portfolios.
  • Build and communicate a clear and compelling product vision for VOIS-owned services.
  • Fully own product roadmap decisions and deliver defined business outcomes on schedule and to high standards.
  • Define, monitor, and communicate key business and technical performance indicators, including remediation plans.
  • Champion high-quality service delivery through customer-centric and intuitive product design.
  • Provide strategic insights that influence VOIS-wide direction and decisions.Identify customer and industry trends to uncover new opportunities for the organisation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders across VOIS.Mentor colleagues and help build an environment of accountability, quality, and consistency.
  • Establish frameworks and processes that enhance overall product team performance.
  • Advocate for customer needs across all stakeholder groups.
  • Support cross-functional teams in prioritising work based on product goals and outcomes.
  • Lead collaboration processes that support organisational scale.
  • Drive successful, organisation-wide cross-functional initiatives.
