About this Role
What you will do
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and lead resolution efforts in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritisation, story sizing, and sprint planning.
- Coach team members on Agile methods and technical practices such as CI/CD and TDD.
- Track and manage risks and issues for the delivery team, ensuring transparency and timely escalation.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on delivery progress and team performance metrics.
Who you are
- Experienced in Agile methodologies with at least 5 years of practice and 3 years in large-scale projects as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, SOX, and security regulations.
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams/Planner; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems is a plus.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with proven ability to coach teams and resolve complex blockers.
- Holds a degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
