About this Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our Infrastructure Management department in Bucharest. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the Digital Operating Model, ensuring seamless delivery and collaboration across teams. You will identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, facilitate agile ceremonies, and coach teams on Agile practices to enhance productivity and velocity. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies.

What you will do

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and lead resolution efforts in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the Product Owner in prioritisation, story sizing, and sprint planning.
  • Coach team members on Agile methods and technical practices such as CI/CD and TDD.
  • Track and manage risks and issues for the delivery team, ensuring transparency and timely escalation.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and report on delivery progress and team performance metrics.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies with at least 5 years of practice and 3 years in large-scale projects as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, SOX, and security regulations.
  • Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams/Planner; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with proven ability to coach teams and resolve complex blockers.
  • Holds a degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
