Role Purpose
We are seeking a Internal Communication & Content Design to serve as a strategic storyteller and visual architect. In this hybrid role, you will be transforming complex information into human-centric narratives. By blending design mastery with UX/UI principles and Generative AI, you will shape our internal brand and optimize every digital touchpoint.
Role Profile
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal partners to understand their needs and turn complex information into clear, engaging content. You will manage projects from the initial brief through to the final delivery.
- Multi-Format Content Creation: Design and produce a wide range of assets, including digital graphics, short-form videos, and layout designs for internal platforms.
- UX/UI Optimization: Help shape the user interface and user experience of our internal digital spaces, ensuring they are user-friendly, modern, and aligned with our visual identity.
- AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize generative AI tools to produce high-fidelity internal assets, including AI-generated images, videos, sounds, and music for internal campaigns.
- Internal Branding: Ensure all internal communications maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic, helping to build a unified internal culture.
Qualifications
- Professional Background: Significant experience in a creative or design-focused role, ideally with exposure to corporate environments or internal communications.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to collaborate with various teams, handle feedback professionally, and manage multiple priorities at once.
- Visual Design & Production: Mastery of industry-standard tools including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic design and Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
- Digital & Interactive Design: Experience in UI/UX principles to ensure internal digital journeys and platforms are intuitive and accessible.
- Experience in using AI in multimedia.
- Adaptability: The ability to pivot between different styles and formats depending on the target audience and the goals of the project.
