What you’ll do

•    Take active role in coordination of key projects (JV, M&A’s, Partnerships) 
•    Prepare transaction-related documentation such as pitchbooks, information memorandum, management presentations and other marketing materials
•    Analyze financial and operational data of potential targets and new business opportunities
•    Performing financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation for M&A transactions (discounted cash flow, trading and transaction multiple methodologies) 
•    Identification of new business opportunities, and determine the feasibility and strategic rationale of VFTR.
•    Monitor sector’s trends, conduct market, competition, customer analyses backed by benchmark studies, study the impact on the company and recommend strategic actions accordingly
•    Coordinating data room during due diligence process
•    Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of key projects 
•    Prepare presentation about the status of the projects and key highlights to the Exco and VOLT level.

Who you are

•    Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
•    Strong acumen in project management with excellent presentation/communication skills
•    4+ years of experience in understanding of key corporate finance terminology & experience in valution and business modeling  
•    Collaborative approach with different stakeholders 
•    Can manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment
•    The ability of analytical thinking,
•    Being a team player,
•    Pro-active approach
•    Powerful interaction skills,
•    Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines required,
•    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    Fluent English
