Stellenbeschreibung:

Prüfung, Freigabe und Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen zur Abrechnung von Baustörungen (Errichtung, Betrieb und Wartung des Kabel-Glasfasernetzes). Abrechnung von Leistungen und Klärung in Absprache mit den Leistungspartnern. Auftragserstellung in EVO zur Beauftragung von Leistungen externer Dienstleister, Prüfung und Verbuchung der Wareneingänge. Kein Hintergrundwissen zu technischen Themen nötig.

Aufgaben:

  • Die richtige Prüfung für die Tickets des Service Partnern und entweder genehmigen oder ablehnen basierend auf spezifische Kriterien
  • Sicherstellen, dass Dienstleistungsvereinbarungen mit einer hohen Genauigkeit erfüllt

Anforderungsprofil (Fachliche und soziale Kompetenzen)

  • MS-Office und gute PC-Fähigkeiten
  • Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (schriftlich und mündlich)
  • Technische Begriffe zu verstehen.
