What you’ll do

 

"In order to maximize the profitability of the company with an income-oriented perspective and building the best commission models that will drive sales channel against competition.
Fair and balanced P&L of dealers is important to build a healthy ecosystem.

•    Monitoring the channel and dealer-based P&L of sales channels.
•    Managing the targeting of retail channels and analyzing the outputs.
•    Focusing on profitability analysis for the sustainability of channels.
•    Analyzing commission models"

Who you are

 

"•    Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities
•    Mobile telecommunications industry knowledge is preferred
•    Minimum 2 years of experience
•    Finance and reporting knowledge is preferred
•    Strong analytical skill and be eligible in team working
•    Problem solving & decision making
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
•    Strong written,verbal communication skills&interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English
Military service completed (for male candidates)"
