What you’ll do

•    Design and define architecture standards for open-source database platforms such as PostgreSQL, Casandra, MongoDB, Redis, and other related technologies.
•    Lead the development of highly available (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions for mission-critical database environments.
•    Architect and enhance database platforms across on-premises and cloud infrastructures. Enhancing the scalability and performance of existing database architecture.
•    Developing database structures and features according to organizational needs.
•    Supervising and mentoring opensource database teams.
•    Architect and enhance database platforms across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
•    Drive performance optimization, capacity planning, scalability assessments, and technology lifecycle management.
•    Define and govern database architectures running on Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
•    Develop Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) strategies and automation frameworks.
•    Establish best practices for database security, encryption, access control, compliance, and governance.
•    Evaluate emerging technologies and provide architectural recommendations aligned with business and technology objectives.
•    Act as a technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor for database engineering and operations teams.
•    Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end data platform solutions. 

Who you are

•    At least 8 years database management experiences 
•    At least 4 years experience in Opensource , Bigdata or DWH DB Management
•    In-depth knowledge of database technologies, architecture, and data security
•    Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
•    Strong stakeholder engagement skills
•    Strong people leadership skills with a focus on developing operational capacity and taking accountability for service delivery and operational excellence.
•    Demonstrate a strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers, subordinates, peers and top management. 
•    Effective people management skills 
•    Clear and concise communication with customers and team 
•    Ability to collaboratively solve complex problems 
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Advanced English
