What you’ll do
Vodafone Business is looking for a Digital Growth & Lead Generation Manager, who will take on the Product Owner role in an Agile environment, driving B2B marketing automation, lead generation, and MarTech strategies. In this role, you will work closely with product marketing, digital marketing, and digital product teams to enhance demand generation, website optimization, and personalization initiatives.
• Act as a Product Owner within an Agile framework, managing the backlog and aligning priorities with business objectives
• Optimize B2B marketing automation processes and improve tool utilization
• Develop account-based marketing (ABM) and web-based lead generation strategies
• Enhance the Vodafone Business website by improving UX/UI for lead conversion
• Create A/B testing hypotheses and collaborate with relevant teams to implement them
• Manage MarTech integrations (CDP, CRM, personalization tools, etc.)
• Analyze digital marketing performance and provide strategic input for campaigns
Who you are
• Experience in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, or lead generation
• Proficiency in marketing automation & lead generation tools (Eloqua knowledge is a plus)
• Strong background in website UX/UI improvements and MarTech integration
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management (experience in a Product Owner role is a plus)
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, marketing, and digital teams
• Have a minimum 6 years of experience
