What you’ll do

At Vodafone, we're looking for a bold commercial leader to take Device Insurance beyond a product and make it seamless part of the FLEX world and customer experience.

 

· Own the end-to-end journey of device insurance from product vision to commercial strategy to customer adoption
· Translate customer needs, market insights and competitive dynamics into scalable growth strategies
· Build & optimize the sales funnel & channel playbook, driving attachment, retention, and revenue
· Lead commercial propositions, align with stakeholders, and turn strategy into measurable results
· Create data-driven forecasts, performance dashboards, and growth action plans (Sales, revenue, churn, ARPU, attachment)
· Champion test-and-learn culture, continuously improving customer experience and commercial outcomes
· Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Finance, Data, CX, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Channels etc) - and be the one who get things done.
· Act as a primary point of contact for commercial propositions, align with stakeholders and follow up defined actions 
· Prepare monthly forecasts & propose relevant actions

Who you are

· A commercial powerhouse with a proven track record in product growth, sales, and customer experience
· Strong product mindset: you understand lifecycle, adoption and what makes customers stick
· Customer-obsessed - experience design and CX optimization are second nature to you
· Skilled at managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, aligning diverse teams towards one goal
· Analytical yet creative - you thrive on data but also know whento trust instinct
· Experienced in telecom, fintech, or other fast-paced industries where growth and agility are key
· Highly proactive, resillient, and driven - a true self-starter who makes things happen!
