Description
* Provides operational support that executes learning and development activities (for example training needs gap analysis, maintaining content of curriculums and learning campaigns, training deliver);
* Understands procedures and concepts to effectively ensure the execution and delivery of all key learning and development capability initiatives and priorities across the local market aligned to the wider Vodafone strategy;
* Communicates and exchanges complex information and ideas to HR Business Partners and relevant stake holders in the business to ensure their engagement and commitment on all key learning work streams;
* Understands how the team�s work integrates with the wider learning and development agenda and to the wider HR people plan;
* Documents and monitors the key learning and development capability work streams and supports these to become embedded within the business;
* Acts as a point of contact for the business and uses judgement based on analysis of information to support the delivery of local market strategy and priorities and ensures engagement and commitment from relevant stake holders;
* Facilitates and coordinates training as per business requirements to improve competence, knowledge and skills of all staff;
* Supports with driving data driven insights around learning priorities using dashboards and identifies the ROI of learning campaigns through HR analytics.
Long Description

• Excellent Presentation Skills (Must have)
• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Spoken and written in English language preferred
• Experience in training delivery
• Coaching skills principles (Good to have)
• Certification in the training delivery (Preferred)
